

Nike Digital Innovation & Learning Ecosystem
As a designer, I led the strategic design and evolution of Nike’s digital learning platforms, knowledge hubs, and innovation spaces, ensuring seamless user experiences for global teams. I spearheaded the UX and visual design for GT Learn, optimizing training accessibility and engagement, and XHUB, an immersive ecosystem driving innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. My work extended beyond digital experiences, designing high-impact event collateral—from tradeshow materials to cybersecurity awareness initiatives—translating Nike’s brand into tangible touchpoints that empower teams and reinforce security best practices.
Collaborating closely with senior leaders, directors, and cross-functional teams, I presented and iterated on design strategies in executive meetings, ensuring alignment with Nike’s vision for future-proof digital transformation and team enablement. By integrating design systems, motion UI, and scalable frameworks, I drove consistency, efficiency, and engagement across Nike’s internal digital ecosystem.
